I'm still in shock and it doesn't even feel real.
I'm 37, going to be 38 this year. DH is 37, too.
We were loosely trying for #2 after a loss last year at 23 weeks, for 2 months. But our timing was always off as we weren't sure we really were ready. In Feb we decided we were ready to seriously try in the March cycle.
We used OPK's, Preseed, Femara 5mg (I ov naturally, but my FS recommended it to help with AMA), CoQ10, Zinc, Vitex (1dpo to BFP), EPO, baby aspirin, and the kitchen sink.
O day- Mar 10
1DPO-8 DPO no real symptoms, some pulling/pinching in my uterus but I sometimes get that before AF. Slightly sore boobs, but also a symptom of impending AF after I had my daughter last year. Convinced I'm out and I'm already planning the next cycle.
9DPO-bloating in a major way. I normally have bloating, but something felt different. With my first the bloating so bad I cant suck my stomach in, was one of the earliest signs I was pregnant along with the sore boobs. This day was when I started to think a BFP was possible.
10 DPO (9pm)-My boobs feel like they're on fire. Very tingly and painful under my armpits. I realize I felt the arm pit pain a bit on 9DPO as well From 9pm its getting increasingly more painful. I decide to POAS at 1030, realizing its very early and I'm not likely to see anything. i say a little prayer: 'Thy Will Be Done'. 3 min later I see the faintest BFP squinter.
11 DPO (730am)-I take a CB DIGI weeks predictor and indeed PREGNANT 1-2.
With my last pregnancy I took a blood test at 12 dpo and my betas were so low, under 20, so had I taken an HPT, it would have been negative. So I never thought it would be a possibility at 10 dpo. My lutetal length has gone from 14 before baby, to 12, so that could explain the early BFP.
We are thrilled to be having our rainbow baby! And shocked that we were successful with one month of actively trying. OH! Forgot to mention we last had sex 2 DAYS BEFORE O day!!
we will never forget our little flower that never got the chance to bloom. I firmly believe she has something to do with this. And I thank my Almighty God for always reminding me He is in control and to trust in Him, and only Him.
Good luck to those waiting for their BFP's!
