BFP after loss at 20 weeks

I lost my Marin at 20 weeks a few months ago. She was a rare baby to begin with, having been conceived on the Mirena IUD. But the moment I heard that little heart beating I knew I wanted her more than anything in the world. The loss was unimaginably difficult, I thought I was in the clear so far into it but she was sent to us only to teach us a lesson. My SO and I waited a bit then decided, when I started to be able to smile again without feeling guilty, to try once more.

I looked up everything I could find on success stories, how people were getting pregnant, I downloaded the Ovia Fertility app and started tracking everything from my basal, to my cervix, to my CM. We snagged some Preseed (pricey though it is) and gave it a shot in mid to late June. The TWW was agonizing. I spent a better part of my free time reading forums of women that got BFPs and what symptoms they experienced during that time. I typed in the new DPO every day. So I wanted to share my experiences with you guys in case my story gives anyone hope during those long 14 days.

1-5 DPO: Nothing.
6 DPO: I felt some intense gas pains and bloating. Lasted all day.
7 DPO: I had an odd pinching sensation in my lower right abdomen near my belly button. Lasted most of that day. No spotting. Basal increased by .5. No other symptoms.
8 DPO: Woke to the tiniest hint of red and pink streaks. No pinching. Increase in CM that was clear and stretchy like my ovulation CM. Increased need to urinate. Basal increased by .5. No other symptoms.
9 DPO: Clear CM remained, spotting gone, Basal increased by .7. Increased need to urinate. Got BFN.
10 DPO: Clear CM remained, gas and bloating returned, Basal still heightened by .7, had mild headache threatening to get worse but never did. Incressed need to urinate remained. Almost feinted with low blood sugar symptoms, ate carrots, felt better (my blood sugar has always been perfect).
11 DPO: Clear CM remained, gas and bloating as well, constipation kicked in full swing, traffic was at a standstill in there. Except my urine...of course. Mild headache upon waking until sleeping again.
12 DPO: Same as 11 DPO, checked cervix, it was fairly high (I have short little sausage fingers but it took two knuckles to feel it) and it was soft and puffy like a little water balloon. It was closed. Basal still up .7. Fatigue settled in and what I call, the super sniffer, happened. I started smelling days old bleach in stores and cigarette smoke from blocks away.
13 DPO: Same as 12 DPO. Tried to keep mind off the last bit of wait. Super sniffer allowed me to, somehow, smell spicy queso Pringles the MOMENT he opened the can from 3 rooms away.
14 DPO: Same symptoms as the last few days but I noticed some mild breast tenderness and nipple sensitivity. Super sniffer continued, aversions set in (bacon has betrayed me), craving for tomatoes (I hate tomatoes) settled, and I experienced a coppery blood-like taste in my mouth. Got second BFN.

I decided to wait a few days into my missed AF. I ended up with the same symptoms 3 days into my missed period and woke that morning with intense, dizzying nausea, and as I pulled my blankets up over my chest I cried out at the pain the weight of the dinky things put on my breasts. My eyes SHOT open. Time to take another test.

3 Days past AF: BFP on FRER test at 10am. BFP on First Signal at 3pm.
7 Days past AF: BFP on Clear Blue plus/minus and Clear Blue Digital.

Doctor confirmed pregnancy 7/23/17 at 5 weeks, 5 days, due date March 20th, 2018.

Ladies, do NOT lose hope, I got that second BFN on a FRER at 14 DPO. Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. Your HcG levels have to be high enough to be detected by any of those tests. Good luck!
