After ttc for months, my husband and I started a Whole30 Jan 1st. There were several people on my whole30 blog who had been ttc unsuccessfully (many with PCOS) and became pregnant after doing one or more Whole30s. We gave it a try and conceived during week 2 of the 30 days.
0- cd 14 O day BD
1 dpo- tired- had to take a nap
2 dpo- nothing
3 dpo- long string of ewcm when wiped
4 dpo- smelled grapefruit right when I walked into the grocery store and had to buy one. I never eat grapefruit unless I am pregnant... trying not to get hopes up. Feel car sick when I turn around to help my kids in the back seat.
5 dpo- Nauseous, gassy, car sick, diarrhea
6 dpo- Nauseous, vivid dreams, "burning cramps" then AF cramps then stopped
7 dpo- Nauseous on and off, bad indigestion, searching for Tums... haven't taken any since last pregnancy (trying not to get my hopes up), ready to go to bed at 7:30 pm
8 dpo- cramping, no appetite for lunch or supper, gassy, can barely stay awake at 10 am, tried to nap but baby woke up, backache, ready for bed at 8 pm, bfn $ store
9 dpo- feel wet down there, cramping, runny nose, cramping during exercise (big sign for me!), backache, can feel "heartbeat" in my ears when I am lying down, bfn $ store
10 dpo- burning cramps, runny nose, smelled cigarette smoke on someone and felt nauseous, exhausted, cramps, pulling behind bellybutton. Faint bfp fmu frer!! Tested again that night and faint bfp on $ store. This is early for me to get bfp.
11 dpo- bfp faint but darker fmu frer. Cramps, sore bbs, pulling behind bellybutton
12 dpo- hot sweats all night, pulling behind bellybutton. Bfp fmu frer
These symptoms are very early for me compared to my previous pregnancies. I kept telling my husband "I shouldn't be this nauseous yet" etc. Had beta blood work and my HCG is high given the day it was taken. I think that may have to do with my exaggerated symptoms. I know I O'd on cd 14 and we only dtd one time all month so I know exactly when I conceived.
